Step 2 | Budget + Plan
The project is created and shared with client access provided. The remodeling software used for collaboration is high-tech, allowing plans to be formed by using an iPhone to scan rooms and convert them into renderings.
A budget, renderings, construction documents, engineering, permitting, subcontractors, and all project plans are professionally managed online with a detailed schedule and timeline. Together, we set up and monitor your project.
I will assist you in developing a budget using my templates and worksheets, which include product recommendations that outline materials and services suited for your project.
Design concepts are finalized with specific pricing and selections long before construction begins. A timeline is set with plans to qualify and source subcontractors, providing professional construction documents and bid sets. This clearly outlines the scope of work to be paid for and delivered.
All the resources needed for coordinating tasks, ensuring compliance with regulations, and meeting safety standards are provided.
Effective project planning ensures that all aspects of construction are strategically aligned, reducing risks, optimizing efficiency, and facilitating smooth project execution from start to finish.
Step 3 | Build
We help insure you accounted for all aspects of the remodeling process, from site preparation to materials testing for asbestos and lead safety.
A successful remodel relies on skilled labor, precise coordination of materials and equipment, strict safety protocols, and adherence to project timelines.
We will assist you in finding and hiring the right professionals for every task, including wall erection or demolition, finish carpentry, flooring, cabinetry, countertops, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical work.
Scheduling is efficiently managed with software that notifies all parties when changes are made, ensuring smooth communication and project flow.
Budget constraints are addressed upfront, so you can enjoy a well-built kitchen or bathroom with the assurance that the project will proceed smoothly and as planned.
